Why single out the Jacksons? Every kid pop artiste & group have sung love songs. There are the Osmonds, Stevie Wonder, New Edition, The Boys, Johnny Gill, Stacy Latisaw, Leann Rimes...even Britney Spears...just to name a very small few.
I dont know about it being sick. It may not be ethical but what else can they sing about that would sell? How much sales would a record company get from producing a cd that have on 14 songs about toys & children stuff. Unfortunate, but its all about the money, isnt it?

No, I don't think that's sick at all. Many artists make music about love.

I really don't agree with your position that michael jackson became messed up over his music. I think it had much more to do with the fact that when he grew up, he didn't have much of a childhood b/c his father always pushed him so hard to be really successful at music.
