I was in art class recently and a girl got out of her seat to go get something. There was a bag in her way, so she had to lift up her leg. When she did, I could see all the way up her skirt and she wasn't wearing any panties. Is this the norm with girls (15/16) wearing skirts in school? Should I have told her?

I think you should tell her not to leave bags in her way.
Then you won't have to run to the can and give Mr. Smiley a yank.
Or ask her out. That would be even better. Take her to L.L. Bean. Nothing sexier than a pair of drop seat silk long johns with faulty snaps. And stop at the food hog and get a whole BUNCH of bags. Fulla grapefruits. Make an obstacle course for her and promise all sorts of things you can't deliver if she makes her way through it.

It might be normal for her.But to young lady's it is not norm or accepteable.She is basically labeling her herself as loose(whore).Young lady's should enjoy wearing skirts(not too short) that's what they're supposed to wear. If you would have said something to her she probably would have liked it she needs attention that she's not getting from somewhere else like home.Let her be who she wants to be you might say something she doesn't like and take it to another level let her find the consequences on her own.If she has true friends let them tell her.

It is normal, if she does not want to wear panties it's fine, maybe the skirt was a little short if you could see al the way up.... You shouldn't tell her, you'll embarrass her, unless she is a very very close friend, and tell her as an advice, so she is more careful next time.

I think you should tell her. A 15-16 year old shouldn't be dressing like that, especially at school. Maybe you'd embrass her enough to make her start thinkin a little bit more about the way she dresses.

She is trying to provoke men and probably she depises them if they don't react.
I think she may be looking for a man strong enough to take her in hand and to teach her correct behaviour... To make my point clearer, I think she's looking for a good spanking.
