Morning sickness is not only mornings. It's all the time. At times when you are ravished but when the food arrives, you feel like throwing up, for no reason. Sometimes, just a smell can make you throw up. A sudden urge and desire to eat a certain type of food which you normally will never think of eating. Morning sickness normally doesn't last, only the initial 2-3 months. If you are lucky like me, I did not have anything at all when I was carrying both my kids. For the unlucky ones, like my cousin, she threw up till the day she gave birth.

I was sick from 6 weeks to 40 weeks and 5 days in the delivery room! Sometimes I would be fine and all the sudden throw up and other times I would eat slowly and know that I don't feel that well and throw up. I would throw up a lot and dry heave really bad. (Not sure if I spelt that right). I had it so bad and certain medicines made me sick such as, phenogan. (Spelt that wrong lol) People say gingerale or sprite helps it made me feel so much worse.

My morning sickness is just a contant nausea feeling. I eat a few crackers and drink water as soon as I sit up in bed before I get out of the bed and start my day. My doctor told me to do that and it has been helping.

Every person and every pregnancy is different, with one I could not get out of bed without eating plain crackers...and even then I was sick when it came time to make breakfast for the other kids...with some I was never sick...unless I smelled something gross..
