It's not your screen, you are blinking very very quickly. Ease up on the caffeine.

Along with the above, make sure that you have no motors or electrical devices next to the monitor. Fans, radios, etc can all cause flickering when placed close to the monitor.

Your screen would often flicker if you've just turned it on or the contrast is low..

Also check your screen refresh rate.

I would say either a bad wire, a loose connection, or time to get another monitor alltogether.

might need more information.
Is the TV just to old.
Are the cables plugged in all the way.
Is it dish network and the satellite might not be pointed in teh right direction.
