TV is actually free. The problem is it like "Open-Source" Software. You can get Linux for free, but, you can also buy it as many do (More convenient). What Cable and Satellite TV do, is they get it free and "conveniently" sell it to us. Many people do build their own "Decoder" and get the free TV just like the cable companies do. Some places make and sell the Decoder Boxes and then people like me, just pay for the "convenient" TV.
There many web-sites tell how to do this yourself. I see what I can find. Well, I can not find it now, should have bookmarked it, but, the plans/instructions are out there, just need to know how to find them.
