I'm so sorry you are going through this. You sound like a lovely woman. Wish I had some help for you, but I know the others will.

Just wanted to say best of luck to you.

Sorry, you can prove he has been with other women, but all he has to tell the Judge is that's why he wants a divorce. He can tell the judge that he no longer loves you and has found someone new that he is in love with. You sound like a very GOOD woman, get the hell away from this ******.You are Better then he will ever be.

Good question, but unfortunatley unless he is gonna do what he wants and there is nothing that will stop him you just need to move on with your life and live without him if he tries to comeback don't let him in you can do far much better..Trying to have a baby to save your marriage doesn't always work so just be glad that you don't have any children with him knowing what he is like now..

I'm sorry for all your losses. However, be thankful!. Hardships make one stronger. Finalize your divorce and start a fresh, new, wiser life without him, and the likes of him. Dont get caught up in bitterness of trying to prove his cheating. Concentrate on YOU!

Let him go. he is not worth it.
You are entitled to a copy of your medical records, so ask for them (I am assuming you live in the USA) and show him the reports. Don't let him keep the copy. You might need them at the time of the divorce hearing. You will most likely have to pay for the copy of the report.
Good luck.

there is no children involved yes he can go with whomever he chooses to there is no way to legally bind him,if there is financial means it may possibly help you but the courts cannot do anything to him, sounds like he is going on with life and there is nothing you can do
