Oh Yeah! It is best if you can get to a populated area before you pull over, as it could be dangerous.
Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely!
The ACLU has a card you can download advising you what to do if you get pulled over.
This is all good as long as the people pulling you over adhere to the Constitution.

My entire town is in the middle of nowhere:P But I just recently got stopped because ice on my car flew off and smashed into the front of a state troopers car and broke his grill. Lucky me huh? Lesson learned people, clean off your ENTIRE car when it snows and is icy!!

that is really dangerous... could be some one faking to be a cop... I wouldnt do it middle of america and it been rulled ok in a court... you can stop when you are in a safe populated area
