I needed peanut butter this weekend too... I was shocked to see 1 lone huge jar sitting there.... oh well...
The baby spinach thing got me too. I was buying organic salad mixes when that scare came about. I was glad as hell that I'd bought the wrong kind that time!!!

i have been
ever since the summer was over
we like salads around here and i usually buy local from the farmer up the road
but as the crop goes down i have to start buying from the store and sure enough right about the same time that spinach thing happened

no- where else can you buy your food if you live in a city? the chances of you getting sick are very slim. you should be more concerned about driving to the supermarket. that is a heck of a lot more risky than eating their food.

If you knew the background of most of the food available in major shopping chains, you'd probably end up starving to death.
try getting fruit and veg from local farms or allotments.

I always bought the baby spinach for salads. it is my favorite. i cannot bring myself to buy it anymore! don't want to die from some leaves.
