I know this sound bad, but the past month I keep having dreams I'm cheating on my boyfriend, with my best friends ex. In every dream he either comes to my house, or I see him somewhere and we kiss, but the last dream I had we slept together and my boyfriend found out. I never even thought of him like that. I love my boyfriend, and I love my best friend. So why am I dreaming these dreams that make wake up feeling guilty?

Because your dreams are telling you your true desire

Subconsciously you are jealous of your best friend and want to take her prize (her boy friend) away from you but your strong cultural and moral values (loyalty to your own boy friend and your best friend) prevented you from acting. Now that he has left your best friend, your subsconscious is playing out the fantasies in dreams. And of course, you don't want to admit to your self since I feel you set a big store about social values and morals. That explains your guilt feelings.

You have a subconscious desire or urge toward this other guy. Maybe if you talked with him you would realize what a great guy you already have! ;-)=
