What is speedrecruitment? And what kind of questions can one expect?

This is a relatively new approach (15 months). The questions will be mainly around you as a person, how you work in a team, and how you deal with customers.
There are key words that the recruiter needs to hear and when they do they move to the next question e.g

How would you see yourself working in a team ? (keywords- sharing, understanding or co-operate). You may not use the exact words but if alternatives have the same meaning they will move on to next question.
