even though Batman and Superman never say where Metropolis and Gotham are it is most likely based on NYC, there is even a place in NYc called gotham FYI.

don't mean to burst your bubble but to begin with, Metropolis is in southern Illinois. look it up on mapquest. second, the coolist super hero is from chicago. Ghost Rider is THE coolist hero to ever hit the comic books or the silver screen

Metropolis is in Kansas which is next to the state of Oklahoma ( where i live ) so he's close enough to help if i ever need him
