Is it a safe place to cast stones from since they can never be pregnant?

You nailed it exactly. They are in constant need for something and someone to denigrate; women and abortion issues are an easy target because they will never be forced to change their minds since they will never be pregnant and have to deal with that issue.

Again I disagree with buttebob. Why should buttebob have the right to tell a woman he doesn't even know what to do.

To the guy above me - The person who reported you is a loser. Anybody who reports somebody because of what they say in a chatroom needs to get thicker skin and needs to get a life. Rock on dude. Notch Johnson would never taddle on somebody.

You gotta realize most of these guys are fundamentalists, and believe that women,by their very nature, are sinful. They are the cause of evil in the world.

I personally don't think that any man sholud have any real say about
abortion other than how it affects them personally.

BTW,I answered a question about this issue when one of them posted it earlier pretty much the way,but I made the mistake of telling him to STFU,so he reported me.I insulted his sensibilities,I guess.Bet had to ask one of his kids what it meant.

Boy, it's so amusing to see how many people think that a ban on abortion is somehow denigrating to women...what's the deal? Do you really think the vast majority of women in the U.S. want to behave like cheap $luts and put innocent children to death through state-sanctioned murder for no other reason than their personal convenience? What you people fail to realize is there is a HUGE contingent of women in this country who are militantly anti-abortion, and they're not all Bible-thumpers either (that's your typical mainstream liberal media propaganda). The central issue here isn't whether abortion is murder either -- the REAL issue behind abortion is accountability. If you want to dance, you better be ready to pay the fiddler, and that applies equally to men and women. The man is responsible for supporting the child and the woman is responsible for bringing the child to term. You don't like it? Gee, then use protection or better yet, DON'T HAVE SEX!!!

What are you talking about? A study commissioned by the pro-abortion organization Center for the Advancement for Women found that fifty-one percent of women believe "the government should prohibit abortion or limit it to extreme cases, such as rape, incest, or life-threatening complications." See:

Get your facts straight.

That being said, why should men be excluded from protesting the unjust execution of innocent human beings? Do you have to be a parent to say that shooting toddlers in the head is wrong? Abortion is equally violent, equally cruel, equally unjust:

male finger on the button. These are the same people who would have put women in red tents when they menstruated, since they were scared of menses as well. Oh, and midwives (they were called witches and burned at the stake), really any women of child bearing age is cause for concern. Believe me, if women ever woke up and realized how powerful we are, we wouldn't be having these men writing our laws.

We don't see the killing of a human baby simply for convenience to be anything but barbaric, similar to when the ancient peoples left unhealthy babies in the woods to be eaten by animals.

We think that convenience is a terrible reason for killing a baby, and that it incurs severe psychological trauma on the woman (I've seen this personally), when they realize they've murdered a human.

Perhaps people need to act responsibly, and not have sex if they do not want to get pregnant. That's called "personal responsibility", a concept that seems foreign to liberals.
-----------
And to go further, you ask why so many men feel strongly about this? Because we CAN'T have babies. We are as loving and caring and nurturing of children as women are, and it truly causes us pain when we see women killing this life, this miracle, this thing of beauty and joy and wonderment, simply because it is inconvenient.

It is such a wrong, such an act of barbarity, it appalls us and forces us to raise our voices against such an act.

HA! They're the first ones who drive their way-ward teenage daughters to the clinic so a prenancy won't ruin their political career.

Men just think that spreading their seed is some sort of accomplishment and they don't like women bustin' their balls (well, not in that way, anyhow) :)

Glad I'm not one of those male fundamentalists that you speak of I'm pro-choice. but more to your point they are usually neo-con male fundamentalists. They still believe that they alone can choose what is right and wrong for you and if they could they would take away your right to vote.
