Your comment is an example of the statement.
"hey ppl wat u thn of it .... plzz tell in loong points !!!"
Even if English is not your first language, abbreviation overkill (i.e. ppl, wat, u, thn, plzz) suggests that your interest is not in learning, but finding the easiest way around it. First and foremost, please do yourself a favor and overcome ignorance so that you can think for yourself, find integrity in it, and hopefully have some social responsibility.
Examples of the internet as a treasurehouse of waste:
- Abbreviations used at the expense of learning proper grammar (I'm not talking about relaxed grammar or using tech/net terms, I'm talking about the decay of structure to the point of being unintelligible)
-Misinformation
-Plagiarism of misinformation
-Plagiarism of plagiarism of misinformation
Examples of using the treasurehouse of waste to make a student's life easier:
-Copy and Paste (take a look at Bloom's Taxonomy to consider what you should be doing with information in order to learn: http://www.officeport.com/edu/blooms.htm)
-Typing in homework questions into yahoo answers with the intent of copying the answers and passing them off as their own.
It is better to get an F for not knowing then an A for stupidity. Eventually all the cheating and short-cutting will catch up with you and you will have wasted everyones time including your own.

I am a teacher and I am surprised at the amount of misinformation that is out there. Really. I get papers handed in all of the time that have completely incorrect information in it (and it is no surprise that these same students are the ones that completely plagiarized their papers anyway), and they do not look at other sources to make sure it is right.
Anyway, that is my two cents. Yes, the internet IS a treasurehouse of waste.

Oh, it's a marvelous creation! Where else can you have a question about ANYTHING and with a couple of key strokes, get an answer! It's what a student does with it.
