if you gotta ask, you've never gotten one there.
Even if you don't see it, it's pretty hard not to notice it.
Plain as the nose on a elephant seal, even if she ain't wearing a tube top and showing off stiff nips.
But if you spot one with steam blowing out of the front of her hip huggers, she might be worth, uh, further investigation, even for someone perceptorily challenged in this area.

the eyes, talking, if you are close to her you might notice that her breats are a bit larger/fuller to blood flow and her nipples will harden
