We just got DSL. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. Oh yeah one of the guys also put a wireless router on there to.

Try updating your drivers. Go to Control panel then System then Hardware then Device manager and right mouse click on properties then driver then update driver. Do this while online and let it search automatically, if there is an update it will automatically down load and if not it will let you know current driver is best. Do this for each item in the Device manager area, it takes time but may correct the problem. It will ask you to restart after some updates remember where you are and restart and go back to finish other driver updates. When you are done with that then go to Microsoft update and check to see if update is needed, do both express and custom updates. Defrag and restart. Good Luck...

It has nothing to do with DSL or the router. Seems as if the file sstray.exe may be corrupted. I would take it to a computer repair shop or to the Geek Squad at Best Buy.
