i want to apply for one, but they want alot of information, but if i do this, can others get into that information, has anyone gone for one at all.

First of all, you shouldn't be borrowing money. it only leads to trouble.
But if you have to, borrow it from a bank, if the bank won't lend it to you, you shouldn't be borrowing money because you did in the past and trouble has found you.
