I interviewed for Law School at Duke and it seemed really nice. However, I can tell it would be very liberal. Wake Forest is also a very good school. I have a lot of friends that go there. It has been named one of the preppiest schools in the country. I'm from Charleston, SC, so I know alot about College of Charleston and it is really a good school now. They have grown alot and have great international opportunities. The students are mostly northern transplants, but there are some native southerners. My father went to The University of Georgia and so I've been there for football games. It is a huge school, but has a good reputation. Get ready for some wild parties if you go there. The Veterinary School is really top notch. I've also been to the University of SC for games and it seems to be a good school, as well. Its definitely a party school. The University of Florida is a good school and their football team is awesome. The students seem like partiers too, if you like that. Georgia Tech is a very good school for engineering. I have several friends who went there and they loved it. I hope this helps.
Good Luck.

That is a pretty broad range of colleges you have there. The only thing they have in common is location.
Duke is obviously the class of the lot. I did graduate work there & loved it. The school deserves its place near the top of the rankings, the campus is beautiful, the students are smart and central North Carolina is a great place to live.
The only negative about Duke is that there is nothing nearbye. Most colleges have cool shops and restaurants across the street fromthe university. Duke is surrounded by forrest. Granted, Chapel Hill is only eight miles away -- and Franklis Street is a great environment for when you need to get away from campus.
Because of the Lacrosse scandal, applications were down this year. Now that it is obvious that the students were not at fault (except for some boorish behavior) I suspect that they will go back up next year.
While Duke is the only school on your list that I went to -- I can tell you that Georgia Tech and University of Florida are two of the better public universities. Georgia is almost as good. Auburn and Wake Forest are both excellent private universities. The College of Charleston is an excellent regional school that is located in a beautiful city. I can't say much about the rest of them -- other than that I would avoid most of the other public universities you list.
Great Southern universities that you do not list include private schools Emory, Vanderbilt and the public University of North Carolina (which are all better than any schools you list except Duke)

I have been to several of the schools on your list, but have only attended University of South Carolina... From what I've seen firsthand, I can tell you this:
USC: Very nice campus and social scene, the major issue I had with the school was that there seemed to be a lack of a surrounding residential area for students near the campus, mainly because of the State Capitol very close. But the people there were friendly, and the social atmosphere was great in both Five Points and the Vista. Plenty to do.
College of Charleston: Charleston is great, and you'll get more out of the city itself than you will if you're looking for more of a 'college feel'. The school itself has a very nice, but very compact and crowded campus. Again, Charleston is great, and you really get the feel of an older, southern town when you arrive.
Duke: Fantastic academics, and there's always something to be said about the basketball programs. But like similar answers, there isn't much around the campus in terms of great social atmospheres - Duke students are typically there to study and succeed in academics.
Wake Forest: Tiny school with a very small enrollment, and has the feel of a very close-knit student populus. Really a lot like other southern schools in terms of buildings and set-up. The athletic programs are growing, and that makes for a better social scene during the high points of the seasons, which is good.
Georgia Tech: Extremely strong engineering school, with a great reputation for academics and putting out well-rounded students upon graduation. Campus is directly in the middle of Atlanta, which is nice, but can also be too hectic for some. Again, I personally feel that it's hard to have a true college experience in a big city.
UF: Gainesville is what you imagine when you think of a college town, and I've had some great experiences there with the students - everyone was very friendly and colleges in Florida are different than other 'southern' schools, but very nice overall.
Clemson: This school literally is the entire town. Great programs, and strong academically, but if you're looking for something to do aside from campus town, be prepared to drive a ways to find the nearest hub (Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbia).
UGA: Great school, and is another true college town-type of setting. Fantastic football tradition - like all other SEC schools, and the people are, umm, interesting. I'll suggest that if you're not a Bulldog fan going in, you'll either be run out or brainwashed very quickly.
FSU: Another fine Florida university, with some great people and outstanding athletics tradition (football). Beautiful people all over this campus.
*As a final note, find a school that you feel comfortable in... Do as many college visits as you can, and remember that while you'll want to find a school to have fun at and enjoy, academics are crucial -- so consider program and academic strength when you make your final decision. Good luck!

I have visited Univ. of Central Florida, and my sister attends the Univ. of Florida so I have been there many times as well.
The campus of Univ. of Central Florida is very modern. If you're looking for a college with a sense of history and beautiful historic buildings; UCF is not your place. As far as the students, just about all of them are Florida residents and transfer students from the local Valencia Community College. There's really not any big sporting events going on but they are a div. I school so their football team is on the rise. Not sure how their academics are but I know it's a relatively easy college to get into. I liked the school but it lacks alot things that's supposed to make your college experience memorable.
The Univ. of Florida is an older school with plenty of historic buldings that make you feel like you're at a traditional college. I know the academics are great, the students have ALOT of school spirit and gator pride, and it's a very competitive school. Most of the students are Florida natives as well, and the city of Gainesville is all about their gators. I personally would recommend UF over UCF

I went to University of South Carolina in Columbia for grad school. Since it was grad school, I didn't live in a dorm and can't really tell you much about undergraduate life. I liked the campus, lots of historic buildings. But social life appears to be centered around the bars at Five Points - if you're not into the bar scene, there isn't a whole lot to do. It was ok for grad school, but I don't think I would recommend it for undergrad.

definite a woman might do this. She probable thinks that it may be too a great number of a worry to re-easy despite she has (or had) with you, so she strikes directly to the subsequent maximum suitable concern: a guy equivalent to you. some different possibilities: She ought to be attempting to make you jealous She ought to be right into one million/2-asian adult adult males She would possibly no longer reciprocate the sentiments you have for her She might have been waiting which you will make the 1st circulate. desire I helped. And whats up with the full 'one million/2-asian' concern? That had like no longer something to do with the question. lol.
