what kind of plow would best fit this truck?

I have a Ford F-150 V8 4x4 Crew Cab and i want to put a plow on it. I dont know what type would best fit my needs and would be best for my truck. Any suggestions?

a little one , the newer 1/2 tons ( anything newer than 1969 ) have been made more and more like cars , the new ones are just cars with big open trunks , plowing is hard on the frame , driveline , etc. and a 3/4 ton is the minimum for any type of plowing , sorry to burst your bubble but that's just how it is.
