Po is the smallest Teletubby, but she has a big personality. Since the Constitution and the Bill of Rights was imposed on Teletubby land, Po has been limited in what she can do. It's quite sad actually.

Not possible to do that. The Bill of Rights and Constitution has amendments that the Supreme Court over two centuries have interpreted to limit police power in the search of private property (4th Amendment ) and unreasonable questioning of citizens (as in the Miranda and Escopito decisions). 5th Amendment deals with some of that, including the right to counsel and to not give evidence against yourself. Almost the entire bill of rights impacts what police can and cannot do.
