GMT is the same as UTC (World Standard Time).

Central is UTC minus 6 so you need to subtract six hours from that:

13:45, which is 1:45 pm.

there is a differance of 6 hours in the time zone of GMT and CTZ usa, GMT is 6 hours faster then CTZ so if the time is 19:45 in GMT then it is 13:45 in CTZ USA. for more detail can check the link given below!

anytime you have international time given (1900hrs )all you do is subtract 12 and you have the corredt time for where ever you live. 19:45=7:45 and that would be pm not a m as anything after 1200 is afternoon etc. o900 is 9:a.m and 2100 is 9:00p m
