Its one of those things that is theoretically possible but extremely unlikely. You can't dismiss the possibility entirely; given enough explosions in enough printing presses, it could happen. All events that occur have a certain probability of occuring. Some, like the sun coming up each morning, are virtual certainties, while others like the one you brought up are virtually (but not completely) impossible. Extend your question over eternity, however--the 18 billion years that the universe has existed so far plus the rest of time, over the vast breadth of the entire universe, and it is a virtual certainty that somewhere, at least once, a dictionary will have been created in just the way you suggested.

No, that sounds like evolutionist's thought process though. So if you are an evolutionist, it is perfectly logical. If you are not, then be certain that it is impossible. I tend to agree with the latter.
