I'm straight, I don't hate gays, I don't judge people on their sexuality. I think some people may feel uncomfortable around gays cause they might think they fancy them or something, which is ridiculous I know. Another possible reason is that somme people may have been brought up by parents with homophobic views.

I think that people have a innate need to feel superior to other people. If there is a group of people that they can put down and insult as a means of making them feel superior, they will. What makes that group a group doesn't matter. Today it's the gay community, tomorrow, it's going to be people with green eyes, the next will be people with freckles. There will always be something to make people who really feel inferior overcompensate to make up for this deficiency. It's the story of the human race.

I don't hate them. I think people hate them for a number of reasons including sometimes their own insecurities but often because their lifestyle is viewed as an unnatural act or a perversion and undermines the morality of a traditional family.
I also think people don't really care for other people who have a problem being who or what they are. So if you were born a female then people expect you to act like and be a lady and vice versa. It is an abnormalty by definition if you are trying to change who you are especially your gender.
Then there's the whole concept of anal sex, which as I said earlier is just simply seen by many people as a perversion and mostly a psychotic perversion triggered by some form of trauma in one's past.

I am a bisexual girl, and there is nothing wrong with me or anyone else who is gay. That is like getting mad at someone because they like vanilla ice cream over chocolate, it is stupid how people can be.

I think what is wrong is that we are tired of being made to feel we are somehow not worthy of equitable treatment not because of the content of our character but rather because of the nature of our orientation. It is a ludicrous assumption to feel that heterosexuals make the world go round therefore are deserving of automatic first class treatment. Orientation is not a logical reason to enforce an unspoken caste system upon the worlds population.

Nothing is wrong with them, they are born the way they are meant to be.

i think people hate them because they have a fear of something different than themselves. and something i think is interesting is that homophobia is the fear of sameness but for what most people use it its kinda the opposite. interesting huh?

Sorry for my english but I'm French.
I am gay but I don't like gays because I don't know how they are in USA but they are ridiculous in France. They always say "chéri" (it means darling) whan they speak with someone and they are often effeminatized.
I know a few gay who are not represented by their sexual tastes and it's sad...
