No they don't feel guilt. Being a psychic is a release from a traumatic experience, most often times a single white female mother. These women are most often times on anti-depressants, alcoholics, addicts, and abused women. Most often times these women have been through a lot in life and as a release try to make peoples life better without doing anything to help theirs. Its a sad reality but these people really believe they are helping when they are only harming themselves more.

Doctors can be wrong. Scientists can be wrong. Meterologists can certainly be wrong. But they are exused. A psychic give an inaccurate reading and it's "Liar! Con! Scam!" . True psychics don't lie, if they are incorrect about what they say it isn't a lie, it's just incorrect. Psychic information has to come through the psychics own mental filters and it can be misinterpreted. They are only human. I would say a good psychic has a 70% accuracy rate.

Somebody who is purporting to be psychic but knowingly lying isn't likely to feel guilt as it is their intention to deceive. Somebody who genuinely believes in there ability isn't likely to lie, whether you believe it or not they do and therefore aren't lying so why would they feel guilty.

The internet or phone "psychics" probably don't as they are busy counting the $$ from gullible people.
Real psychics (and they do exist) don't have a need to lie. They'll tell it like they see it.
Peace

The ones who take money for their services automatically corrupt them by this practice. I don't know that they are lying, per se, but their gift is diluted by the introduction of money. (somehow it creates a desire to please the one who pays, and this might lead to skewing of interpretations of tarot cards or scrying or what have you). Those who do not take money for their services would tell it as they understood it. However, this art is VERY imprecise, and an inept psychic could be as wrong as a paid one, but for different reasons. The sincere ones would probably feel guilt at not being able to fully interpret what they see or failing to see clearly. The not-so-sincere ones would probably not feel guilty, because they see it as entertainment and a living, rather than the serious inquiry it might be.

Some of them probably, but lots of psychics actually believe that they can see things.

Probably not. Lawyers don't feel guilt when they defend a guilty person. Its just a job that has no guilt in my opinion.
