If you have an online account you should be able to do this. If you are having problems then the best thing is to call the bank help line straight away. I could be as simple as their systems are down or that you are entering the wrong details or that someone might have hacked into your account so it is always better to be safe than sorry and contact the bank by phone.

hi, like most have said the best thing to do is call the bank's internet help desk. however if its a case of you logging in after midnight you may sometimes find that it won't allow you to view your account as this is the time most banks update their systems. if however it was before this time, it may be due to a number of things:
entering the wrong details too many times
busy banking systems
(or worst) some one else try to hack into your account.

you could try requesting your password/details if you're not completely sure of the details.( its usually a link that starts with forgot)

hope this helps
