I myself am also a crossdresser, what I am curious about is like "Cathy C" comes here and says that crossdressing is a choice - Im curious Cathy C when you were born were you able to choose your eye color, your hair color, or how big your hands or feet are ? Im not bitchin, Im just sayin that CrossDressing or being Bi or gay is a trait that is predestined or instilled in us before we are born, we dont choose it,, but many of us choose whether or not to act on the feelings or thoughts in our minds when we are old enough to decipher the thoughts, and for the people who come here to ask and answer I dont really see where stating a fact is "shoving things down peoples throats", Its kinda like an adult porn If you dont wanna watch it- dont , if you dont like to read or hear about guys that wear lingerie and other womens attire then well I would say dont be hanging out at the LBGT Q&A, You mention we need to realize not all will accept us, hell I have been a CrossDresser for 34 yrs, and there are days and times that I Dont even understand myself, all I would ask from others - "Judge not lest ye be judged" If you dont like it dont stare, change the channel, close the curtains, or get off the fence in my back yard, I keep my life private for the most part, and I would say maybe at least half of the rest do as well, so as for shoving things down others throats - OH and Crossdressing Consists of a male OR a female dressing up in the attire of the opposite sex as themself, many do it for sexual gratification, others do it because it feels right and better than what society dictates, and others- well they are on their way to SRS and getting to a point in life they have dreamed of for yrs, and you as a female Cathy C - Im sure there has been a time you have wore a pair of jeans or T-shirts that on the rack in a retail store they are labeled as "Mens Wear" so how many women are "CrossDressing" every day or every weekend and think nothing of it, OK,, So a guy wants to wear a bra or a skirt in the privacy of home and your gonna tell him hes shoving it down your throat, Im not buyin it, grow up and go home,

You need to understand that just because you claim to be okay with it, doesn't mean you need to shove your beliefs down other people's throats who aren't okay with it. I'm glad that you are proud of what you are and no one is asking you not to be. Don't expect everyone to accept you, it's never going to happen. I'm not sure what crossdressing consists of, but it's a matter of choice and you made yours. Instead of getting upset, accept the fact that we are all different and stop trying to shove your lifestyle down our throats. Thank you and may GOD bless you.

because this is the one place they can b**** at us and know that nothing will happen...I am not gay or a crossdresser, but I am sick of the constant hatred towards them, THEY ARE PEOPLE TOO!

I am proud of you too... I wish there were more people like you but don't stoop down to there level...If you are happy with your life why let them get to you...thats exactly what they want to happen. Stand up for yourself....but don't let them get to you. They are lowlifes....and they are probably just jealous that you are happy!!!
