It works, definitely, but only temporarily. Kinda like, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, ................................. Payback is inevitable and it is hell!

Noble lies? They are only noble until people found out they were lied to. And, it depends on what is being lied about. Sometimes not telling people something to keep people calm and from panicking could be a good thing.

The American people need to take responsibility for THEIR own country and stop believing everything that's spoon fed to them. No more blind patriotism, no more left and right bickering. Stand up and unify against the true threat to the American way: the U.S. Government and it's corporate sponsors. I certainly can't stand the amount of disgusting corruption that keeps this nation's heart pumping, but I'm ready to see the people demand leaders who are equally opposed to this.

Lies are wrong no matter how you put them. But you don't always have to lie about things. Try putting them in a nicer way!

Apparently it is.. we as citizens are just going along with anything our government does.. even tho we have asked for change we are letting them do what they want.. we no longer have a government " of the people, for the people" A sad state for a great country!
