i'd say they are neck on neck. but i'd choose queen because i know most of their songs and as i write this i realise i also love elvis lmao. I just can't choose!

Let's see Elvis gave hits like Can't Help Falling In Love, Hunka-Hunka Burnin' Love, Hound Dog and others. Elvis brought us American Rock and Roll. Queen redefined music with amazing works such as Bohemian Rhapsody, Teo Torriate (Let Us Cling Together) and the Prophet Song each song a virtual masterpiece. Freddie Mercury was a genius, hell he wrote Crazy Little Thing Called Love, a huge hit, while taking a bath! While Elvis was the King, I would have to go with Queen seeing as how they totally redefined rock music.

It has to be QUEEN everytime, Elvis could never write songs as good as Freddie, he didn't have the same vocal range as Freddie, his music was good but in terms of composition it failed badly...... Could Elvis have written Bohemian Rhapsody, The Prophets Song, 39 or the great Love of my Life.

You can't compare oranges to apples. Different generation, different musical type, one is a band one is a solo artist who also acted.
Depending on your musical tastes you might prefer one over the other but in all fairness they are both great.
I would instead try to compare Queen to The Rolling Stones or The Who or Pink Floyd, and Elvis to Chuck Berry or Little Richard.

Both good, both very different. But Freddie Mercury, started something big. Love his music love the band, Brian May, best Guitarist, John Deacon, best Bassist, can't remember the little drummers name. But he's a great drummer. Those guy's were magic together.. Queen all the way. Glad you have enough brains to appreciate them..

Queen... talk about exposure. Half the world claps along and has no idea whose songs they are singing. Given Freddie's preferences, I think there is some power and opportunity for learning in that! Charismatic, powerful, musically tight... makes my rockin' world go 'round.
