pop ups occur when i right click on a bowser page?

Does anybody know of spyware program that causes pop ups when i right click on a web page? I'm using MSE 7

If this only occurs on particular pages, then likely the web page designer replaced the context menu with their own using a script on the page. If you are right clicking to save an image or view the source, the web page creator can change the action to be a popup or their own custom context menu. This is a simple but easily defeated way (browser menu still has ways to allow saving or viewing). to protect web page content.
