Restart your computer and keep tapping the DELETE button (normally on or above the numeric keypad)

Older systems used an 'F' key but I can not remember which on. I think it was F6 or F8

In the BIOS settings in your computer someone has set it to boot from a CD-rom first, so that is what its looking for,, if you go into the BIOS and look for Boot Sequence you can change it to boot from C Drive first and be sure to hit F-10 and yes to exit and then save your changes, and as for what key to hit to get into your BIOS depends on what sort of machine you have,, home made or an HP or a DELL ,,,, but yes, just watch the screen to see what key works to get you into setup

You need to get into the BIOS before going to that screen

after turning yor PC on or restarting it press the key which get you to the BIOS menu

that key may be "DEL" , "F2" or "F9"
if it is an assemply desktop normally it would be DEL

if it is a brand PC it might be other than that

don't forget: keep pressing the buttons before booting

Usually it's the delete key or F10 to get into the BIOS. If you want to boot from a cd you may need to press any key when it displays it on the screen on bootup.

Push the F8 or F10 key when booting up, Watch the syntax as it is being displayed during bootup for instructions. Sometimes it just flashes for a second.
