It is called "Buffy The Vampire Slayer Theme" by Nerf Herder.
The track is on Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Album (upc: 016581830028).
There is also an edgier version on the later soundtrack Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Radio Sunnydale (upc: 724359375021) done by the Breeders.
For an action video this third one probably isn't appropriate, but for fun there's an orchestral version of the theme on the soundtrack for the musical: Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Once More, with Feeling (upc: 011661905825).
