Are you talking about BLEEM for the PlayStation system?

It is hard to get....

You could try PCSX, it is free and opensource.

There's no such thing as "roms" for the Playstation. They're called ".iso" files. They are images of the CD. And to find them, you'll have to search for a torrent offering them, because they aren't legal to download.

For emulators, go here:

FOR WHAT? if its for the psp, then your basically out of luck because its still in progress, most of the games don't work or are very slow, you also have to have a custom firmware. 3.10 OE-A

dont waste your time.....i've tried six different PS emulators and all of them either dont work properly or dont fcking work at all....by not working properly i mean they dont have colour, some buttons dont work that sort of stuff....and besides its illegal.....so downloading it is dangerous...this is because they sometimes plant viruses in the file....just buy a PS instead.
