As a fellow Brit I can see where you're coming from. However! The irritating thing is not the notice that you may have misspelled/misspelt something. It's more the fact that people aren't using the spell checker at all. I should warn you that you've opened yourself up to all the S 4 brains who may introduce their own slant on the language just to be even more irritating. Good luck.

No because I am sure that most words that are usually typed by people on here would not be in their dictionary which would cause a mess.

Oh wouldn't that be GREAT, I'm to the point now where I switch questions if there is more than one misspelled word in the question, it drives me NUTS.

no because we all use computer lingo/slang and it would correct it all the time! that would suck!
