Definitley hot. However, a raw peeled potato with salt and pepper on beats eating cold french fries, mashed potatoes, hash browns or baked. BUT....potato salad rocks!

Both...hot mashed potatoes no lumps and not too watery....pork sausages on the side with gravy...weekday, jacket potatoes with Coleslaw, Sour cream, pineapple and beets...bonfire night? Warm and spicey, chilli tumeric indian flavours or stiff cold with english salad dressing and chives, eggs and anchovies...a summer evening. Chips..hot, soft but crisp and dripping with brown vinegar and salt...wrapped in butchers paper on a snowy winters yule tide. Depends on the season and the event?

LOVE the hair, G! I like them hot. Fried potatoes, french fries, mashed, lyonnaise, hash browns. YUM! BAKED woo hoo! I DO like potato salad once in awhile, though. I don't consider potato chips really potatoes.

OMG! I used to love raw potatoes!! They are the best. I used to beg my Mom for some when she making mashed potatoes. And then she would hit me on the head with a spoon and tell me to leave her alone. Yeah...thanks for the memories.
