A good coder makes a good programmer and a good programmer is a good coder; so if there is any difference it's being able to combine, and thus customize, scripts at the level of a software developer, which means there's little difference between that and a good programmer right?...

I think the difference between a coder and a programmer is that a coder just writes code. but a programmer (like me) programs the whole program.for example a coder just writes "cmd1.visible=true"(Visual basic) while a programmer writes the code and also creates the necessary objects(cmd1 is the object here) needed for the program.

I assume you mean "coder". I am a programmer and I consider them to be the same thing. A coder is someone who writes in a computer language, and a programmer is the same thing.
