Depends--is there a true conservative in the White House? Or a liberal?
If America had the stomach to fight an all-out war, like we did in World War II, then no contest. USA all the way. We have better technology, better training and better equipment. And we have more nukes.
If we had someone in the White House who was only willing to use half-measures, like George Bush, or a surrender monkey like John Kerry, we'd be doomed.

Everyone but china and America. A full scale war would force us to go nuclear. No way to fight and win a conventional war against their numbers. After the fall out, Russia would probably pick out the pieces.

Let's compare populations. US =300 million. China = 1 billion, 300 Million. That's 1 Billion people more than the US

Think of 9/11 on a very grand scale, and you will see that the total destruction would result with nobody winning. Neither side would quit fighting until they think they have the last word (or drop the last bomb.)

Hmm lets see...an intellegent answer to a somehwhat foolish question. Who would win? Well, seeing they are both nuclear powers, neither one would win. Big BOOM
The winner would be whatever country that was left that wasn't destroyed by the nuclar fallout.
