when i install some software it shows a icon on desktop at that first time the icons will look good after once restsrted it wiill look not clear what's the problen why it happens so ,what to do now

run antivirus s/w .
run system recovery after uninstallation of that s/w.
again install the s/w then restart in a safe mode then in a normal mode .
run disk cleanup
again restart & run disk difragmentation

uninstall the software...if it still blur...it could be ur graphics card...try change ur card...run some hardware test on it...if u use build in video...try re-format the OS or re install it...

Ceck whether u graphic driver are installed or reinstal it
