My pet peeve is when someone makes an ignorant comment. Why bother and waste your time to answer something you don't even like? Just move on to the next.

Disagree, but just because you disagree you don't have to make a big scene over it. Say your piece and be done! Letting a comment go unchallenged gives the speaker a sense of validation like he's right and everybody sees it that way. In certain cultures not speaking up is a sign of cowardice. It depends on how you were brought up!

Yep, I agree with you. There are several times each hour that I'll read a question and then not answer. Also, there are certain people who's questions I never answer. It took a while to learn who has good questions and those who don't.

I try to ignore questions I don't like. However, when someone posts a question that is meant to intentionally hurt someone, I have to put my two cents in. Example - someone was posting rude questions about a particular member that was just horrible. I don't like them to think that people think that that type of behavior is supported. I know that it is best to ignore them and not give in to their need for negative attention, but it just p!sses me off when people act like that.

I agree.Actually I just saw I question I found very distasteful and started to write what I thought about it but then changed my mind and decided that my opinion had nothing to do with answering the question but I was giving him sh*t.Not my place to judge right?so I erased what I wrote and just didn't answer it. But those who know me know that the question had to be in really poor taste for me to get upset.

I agree, but some people just want the points.

I've actually clicked on questions to answer them, and then decided that it was not worth it, or my answer would probably offend someone, so I hit the back button and get out of it.
