Orson's mother was paralyzed from a stroke, she couldn't move or talk but she had normal brain activity (she knows what's going on around her). Orson told her this condition was better than her being in any prison and that she should watch him walk away because it was the last time she'd ever see him. He had also mentioned that she would never be able to reveal any of his secrets.

When Orsons mother was in the hospital bed? Well, she had a stroke that left her parallized (I know I spelled that wrong) and not able to talk. But her brain is still fully functional. So Orson went to see her and turned her head so she could see him walk out of her hospital room "for the last time." He said that he wasn't going to tell the truth about the Monique murder because she was already "in prison" because she was left in her parallized condition. So he basically left his ex wife take the blame for the murder. Anyway, then he just drove home truely a free man happy to be home with Bree.

Orson mom has a stroke after he hit her to protect Bree. His mom tried to kill Bree and Andrew tried to save her. Orson dumped his mothers body at Alma's house where he found her on the ground. Orson's mom is paralyzed and not able to speak. She is in the hospital.

She was left paralyzed and speechless. Orsen walked away from her for what he said was the last time. He told Bree that now Mike would be off the hook because they would find Monique's teeth next to the dead girl and his mothers bodies, making it look like one of them killed her. I don't know if you saw when they showed Gabriella and Carlos having a beer together. I don't think you missed much. I can't wait for next week.
