when ever i delete any filev ffrom my system it says that it says thst on deleting these files you may loss 1 or more programs from running fine (destop_sis)
(even though it is a movie or word file-resume pictures ect)

this means you actually have a program using that file. this usually can be traced down to a malware program.

Do not worry about that.when you don't have any program that is using the file you are deleting ,you can ignore the message.if not first put it in the recycle bin.then check the program which you think has some connection to the file you just deleted,if it is working, then you can permanently delete the file.if not,you have to restore it.If it is a movie or word file-resume pictures the you need not worry

I agree with Eddie, do a clean up of you computer first with Ad-Aware or Symantec etc. Then do your deleting. If it's just a document, or photo's it shouldn't be a problem. If it's a movie it may have attachments to one of your movie viewing programs. That should only happen with an .exe file.

I agree, you have some sort of virus, or malware running on your system. You need to clean your system using a good antivirus software. If possible, do a fresh installation.

first of all you scan your system with antivirus better you scan with Mc Afee 8 in one .
restart .
shut dn .
start .
run disk cleanup
restart
run chk dsk for error checking on HDD.
log off
log on
run disk fragmentation.
turnoff PC keep it cool
make a list of unnecessary data/ s/w , clean them .
make backup of some important data .
it is good to store movies in HDD but also make copy of them after confirmation of virus.

it means it is used by another program u can delete it by closing all the programs.
