Yeah, a fat bank account for the owner. I think a happy staff is the most important detail for a business (within reason, of course). Think about it, if the staff is happy--it will show in their attitude and business. You as a customer don't want to go somewhere where the employees are all down all the time. If you go someplace where they're excited to be there, you'll be much happier doing business there.

If that is the concensus, then it seems it's running as it should. If there are lags in customer service or personnel is not happy then there are issues behind closed doors that we do not know about.
