In a life or death situation, and you could only save 1, would you save:
the person you loved (spouse/boyfriend/family/etc...)
or
school bus full of children?

for those of you asking me--
I would save my wife, love her more than the air I breath.

A school bus full of children. My spouse and I once had a discussion on the topic of one life for many. That's why we are both registered as organ donors on our driver's licenses. Why not make our own deaths worth someone else's life. I know that I could not live with the guilt if my spouse saved me instead of a bus load of children - I've lived a good life and they deserve the chance too.

The person that I loved. It seems easier to save one person than a school bus full of kids. Plus if I lost the love of my life I would probably not be as happy as I would like to be.

Ahh,
That's a hard thing to choose.
I mean most people would say
They'd save the person they love. Because
It's someone they know and are really close to..
and sadly its probably more of a selfish decision because
they can't imagine their life without that person.
But I don't think I could end up living my life after I chose
one or the other.
I'd just jump infront of the bus before i'd chose between that.
hah
does that count? lol

I would probably try to save the bus full of children but fail and lose both.

We save the thing we value the most. I don't know about you, but I value my spouse and my family above all else. Otherwise, why bother having a spouse or a family? We do judge value and we do act upon it.

That's a tough one Bob. As much as I 'd miss my husband I'd have to go with the bus full of children. They haven't experienced life yet. I'd feel terrible if I couldn't help them do that.

Sadly, the person I love. Unfortunately many children die every day and there is nothing I can do to save them.
