I wear a size 10 in guy's shoes. What would it be for a woman's size ?

Sorry Cherish, you have it backwards.

A man's 10 is a woman's 12.

Having worked in Shoes for 5 years, Dearest, add usually 1 1/2 +/-in lenght sizes and two in width. HOWEVER... each manufactuer of shoes varies so I would recommend highly that you try on the shoes you're looking for. If you're sending away for catalogue make certain they have an excellent return policy, or better yet, try and find one of their local outlets near you.
Women's shoes are not built as well as men's (sorry Ladies) and are on the narrow side. I myself, having wider feet, wear young men's sizes. I hope this has helped. Good luck.

I'm a size 16 guys shoe and have a hard time getting fit. Do they even make womens size 18????

OK< if you wear a size 10 in guys, you would wear around a 12 in womens. You add 2, NOT SUBTRACT 2. If you wear a 10 in women's, then you would subtract 2.

you would wear an 8. Whatever shoe size you wear for guys, you subtract two sizes, so 10-2=8.
