Good meditation practice that suits you will fetch you very good concentration. In a muddy water you cannot see clearly what is beneath the water whereas, you can see things cristal clear if the water in a pond is withut any ripple and clean. Meditation certainly keeps the mind clean and clear to enjoy the peace.

For me, to close the ears when it's noise, to close the eyes when it's necessary to think very much.... and to leave the place when you cannot concentrate even doing it.

practice yoga...it really helps
or u could just tell your self to do it and say that u can do it and work really hard to do it. nobody except you can control your mind....
