There's this website http://www.ballroomdancers.com that have quite good which has video demonstrations. But, if you want to learn more advance steps, you should probably get an professional dance instructor. Have fun!!

Who would you want to dance in the internet?
The internet is a bad place to dance. You could trip on data travelling at speeds up to nearly the speed of light, especially if you trip over a piece of fiber optic.
I don't know who to dance either.

I can't really dance either (unless I have enough to drink :) ), but try some work out videos. They will promote balance, flexibility and coordination.
