Same...my aunt and uncle also met online.....USA/OZ......If you have been talking on phone and writing then you are getting to know each other some...as long as honesty is there...take a little longer, get to know her more, get photos that show her as she is in her life, then go meet her if you are still emotionally attracted to the type of person she is........hope it works out for you as everyone deserves happiness.....even your present partners, they dont need to be...second best either.....

Take it easy. If it is meant to be, then things will develop. Don't rush things. Sometimes things can be over quicker than when they started. In other words, don't pack up and move or make any sudden commitments. You say that this is a "little crush", so it sounds like there is plenty of room (and time) for growth.

Also, if she already has a GF, do you want to be involved in any break-up? It could be that she is using you as an excuse to dump the GF. If she is bored with this one, how long will it be before she is on Myspace talking to someone else about you?? Things to think about!

I make it a rule to never date anyone who is involved with someone but seems to be looking for someone new. There is a breed of person out there that goes from person to person without a break between. Y'know, the ones who won't end a relationship before they have a new one ready. Because this is a behavior pattern it isn't likely to change. So don't date this type without preparing yourself for some pain.

If she is able to drop her current partner for you.
When you become her current partner, how easy will it be for her to drop you? What makes you any different?

I wouldn't persue her, you can see a trait in her, just from reading the above. People dont see this, if someone is able to cheat on their partner, whats stopping them cheating on you.

Avoid people like that, it makes life a lot less painful.

You say she has a girlfriend now, and it seems like she wants to be with you but that would be cheating with her girlfriend and that means she would cheat on you. Is that what you want? Just be friends with her and the right person will come along for you.
