It depends if you mean ABC in any language or just learning ABC's in general. The United States and whoever else has watched Sesame Street know the ABC song. Other places teach the ABC's not in a song, but through verbal studying and writing.

Gee I don't know....
cause the ABC song lots of kids learn when they learn to read, but the happy birthday song is what more people sing once a year, so I guess happy birthday, but I don't know..
