This teacher abosultely treeats me like crap. he screams and yells at me everyday calls me names everyday. i don't want to ggo to school anymore becuae of this teacher. i get iss and detentions for absoultuely no reasons at all he says " bc people like you need certain rules" and " bc i just don't lke you" everyone else in the class see that i am being treated unfairly.....what should i do???

Start with the principal. if he/she doesn't take you seriously go to the school board. Then if they don't listen, file harassment charges. Be sure there are other kids in your class that witness his behavior and can testify for you.

Take a small recording device (with a tape long enough to record the entire class) into the class. Before the class starts, start recording to capture everything. If it records him belittling you for no apparant reason (he's just being mean to you), you have a case. Talk to your parents, principal and councilor. Have other kids in class vouch for you.
If you are truly being a good student and this guy is being mean for no justified reason, he needs some help. No teacher has a right to call students names and put them down. I would go out of my way to make sure he was in the unemployment line next week.

1. Tell your parents.
2. Have your parents schedule a school meeting with the principal.
3. Once the principal is aware of the situation, and what your parent's expectations are for fair and equal, non-discriminatory treatment of you, then document any further problems with the teacher.
4. If the harassment continues, and you have documented proof, your parents can sue the school.

Get it on tape. Record and film him. Otherwise you will never have a case. No court would convict a holier than thou teacher without extremely good proof.

first off trying going to the principal or guidance counsler if that dosent work look in your phone book under school boards find yours and call them to complain good luck

talk to your panrents and go to the princeple then let the teacher know that one day you are going to record him one day and then if none of that helps go to the police
