No, but you can use Windows Update and download it.
If you are using dial-up, then I wouldn't spend that much time to download it. I would use Zone Alarm for a firewall and run with SP1. Of course, I would use Media Player 10 instead of 11. I would also stick with Internet Explorer 6 instead of 7.

You can make your own Windows install CD with Service Pack 2 already included in case you want/need to reinstall this PC.
This is done most easy with the free Nlite Tool. It features a link from where you can download SP 2. You then combine SP2 with your Install CD and you will get a Windows Setup disc with SP2 "slipstreamed."
Until then you can install Service Pack 2 from http://update.microsoft.com

Go here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=049C9DBE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=en and you can download a 266 mb file and it has all the updates to sp2 and also includes sp2. Download it then install it and then your computer will restart and it will have you do some settings then you are good to go! Good Luck!
