May be your suffering from depression, that alone can make you feel older. Whether I'm right or wrong it was only a suggestion and nothing more.

U probably need calcium for your bones, u just have growing pains, wait til u hit the 40's u will need icepacks and heat, and magnets for pains.
Get u some vitamins, eat fruits, and remember tomatoes is a mans best friend for prostate health.

He is totally right.
Water is the first thing u need. U are most probably dehydrated, which causes laziness, drowziness etc. And exercise will enhance your body's feeling of thirst, which will encourage u to drink. and eat proper food. then groom and get out of the house, and u'll feel fabulous after dressing up. :D

Maybe you need to go out and do something you havn't done in a while, like out with your mates, drinking, doing something funny, or just some light excersise...get out there baby!

Poor health?
Try mild exercises, & taking a quality multi.
Also, eat less meat & more fruits/veggies.
Also, cut back on pop while drinking more pure water.
