Wow! Good Q! I never thought about it but you are SO right. Sometimes I justify certain things that I do that at another time I am annoyed when someone else does it. THAT is certainly a double standard. I will have to work hard on this issue.

I'm much more lax with myself. If I react to something in a negative way, or do something stupid, I know my own reason behind it, or I know that it was a mistake. I don't give others that benefit of the doubt. Too often I assume they did it on purpose. Shame on me.

Not really, but I'm more strict with myself.

At work, no. I expect everyone to work like I work. Not that I work really, really hard. I just want them to not slack off. Personal life, I don't care what other people do. Who am I to judge?

Yes I do. Depending upon what the issue is, it's stricter for myself or others.

I'm hell on myself. I cut others so much more slack than I do myself.

I don't know what that means. i will ask that question, but I can't afford it. I can only do that if you choose me as best!
